Through this outreach we supply Pastors with resources necessary to equip their congregations to spread the Gospel, and touch the nation of Cuba. David & Angie frequently take teams to the nation of Cuba to minister to the people and plant churches.

Since its beginning in 1988, Ministry to Israel has been a channel of blessing
that has comforted the Jewish people.
Prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes and God wants the Church to
know it. He not only wants them to be aware, but involved in what He is doing
with Israel in these last days. Whether it is helping the Jewish people home, helping
them settle in their homeland, praying for them, staying informed about issues
relevant to Israel and the Jewish people, or comforting them by visiting them,
God has opened countless doors of opportunity for the Church to minister to
Israel, through Ministry to Israel.
Helping in the transportation of Jewish people to their homeland from the Former Soviet Union is one of the main focuses for Michael Utterback and Ministry to Israel. As a part of this call, he has been instrumental in partnering with other organizations that are effectively working with Israel and the Jewish people to help them home. Michael travels throughout the FSU and Siberia helping with the oversight and operation of this endeavor. |

This huge radio & outreach ministry covers much of Upstate NY and Northern & Central Pennsylvania. In addition to being heard on 60+ FM frequencies (plus the internet), they also bring many concerts and Chrisitan events to the area. |

SHOEBOX MINISTRY! We have been part of this outreach for many years. This is a worthwhile endeavor giving shoeboxes filled with gift items to children worldwide. Living Waters has also served as a regional drop off center for the ministry. |
Local Neighborhood Outreach (Living Waters Church)
Each summer Living Waters Church reaches out to children & families at local housing developments. We try to be a blessing offering hot dogs and other tasty items, as well as Christian music, activities and the love of Jesus Christ. |
Backpacks & Blessings (Living Waters Church)
As part of our Neighborhood Outreach we give each school-aged child a backpack filled with school supplies. We also have a team that prays over each child as they receive their gift. We pray for the love of God to move in their lives as well as wisdom & blessing in the upcoming school year. |
Kidz Nite Out (Living Waters Church)
Periodically throughout the school year, we hold Kidz Nite Out events at the church. Kids & parents alike can come out and enjoy a great time of praise and worship. The event offers prizes for every child; the prizes vary from bicycles, TV’s to smaller items in every age group. The event ends with prayer and “make your own sundaes”. |
